We recommend avoiding food for 2 hours before the massage. After the massage, it is advisable to ensure adequate fluid intake.
Massage duration: 30 minutes* or 60 minutes**
*30 minutes = partial massage (neck and shoulders or lower back)
**60 minutes = full massage (back + lower limbs, or upper and lower limbs)
